Conditions of location :

• We rent the house for a week from 4pm on saturday to 10 am the next saturday.
• Unless we previously agree, the total number of persons is each house won't exceed the number written in our leaflet (5 persons maximum).
• Each booking will have to be accompanied with a down payment corresponding to 25% of the price, the total amount will be paid on arrival.
• A guarantee of 450 € will be asked when you arrive..
• We accept animals (on condition).
